Claudio Ferrari 2D/3D
Face Recognition

Claudio Ferrari is currently a PhD student in computer vision and pattern recognition at the Media Integration and Communication center under the supervision of Prof. Alberto Del Bimbo.

Claudio Ferrari was born on May 24th, 1988 in Arezzo. He received a master degree cum laude in computer engineering from the University of Florence in 2014 with a thesis on Pose Independent Face Recognition. Currently, he is a PhD student and research fellow at the Media Integration and Communication Center, under the supervision of Prof. Alberto Del Bimbo. His research interests are pattern recognition and computer vision mostly focused on the 2D/3D unconstrained face recognition problem.

Claudio Ferrari has been a visiting research scholar at IRIS lab, University of Southern California, Los Angeles under the supervision of Prof. GĂ©rard Medioni (march – september 2014)
