Long Bio
Matteo Casini worked as an Assistant Researcher and Software Developer and was a researcher at the Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC), University of Florence.
He graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Florence with a thesis on the study and development of an MHP application for online credit card payment through digital terrestrial television.
His research activities focused on media security tools for mobile applications and the distribution of multimedia in interactive environments. He developed expertise in Java and Android programming and interactive TV.
In 2011, he won the Working Capital Grant with the smartLOGO project and was subsequently involved in the related startup initiative. He also worked as Service Manager at Hermes Trade S.r.l.
He is currently Technical Account Manager at Florence Consulting Group S.r.l.
