How to apply
PhD students that are interested in giving a talk should register using the following google form. For poster presentation PhD students should register using the following google form. In both the cases the deadline for registration is May 9th.
A maximum number of 12 presenters will be allowed for each department at the Engineering School. In case the number of applications will exceed the maximum, the 12 presenters will be randomly selected in each department. In case the maximum number of presenters for a department will not be reached, the time slots will be allocated to the other departments.
Ted talks
Presentations will be given in English. 3 minutes will be allocated to each talk. Templates for presentation are available here.
Posters
All PhD students (individually or for research groups) can exhibit a poster. The poster should be prepared in A3 format and should include the date, logo, sponsors and QR code. A poster template is available here. The available poster templates are just examples. The only requirements are:
– A3 format
– the poster should include the QR code of your PhD program web site
– the poster should include the QR code of your on line poster (we will communicate you the web address after the deadline for poster registration).
