Matteo Bruni

Researcher in Computer Vision at the Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC) under the supervision of Prof. Alberto Del Bimbo

Matteo Bruni was born in Firenze on Aprile 24th 1987. He received a master degree cum laude in computer engineering from the University of Florence in 2016 with the thesis “Multimedia Semantic Embedding for Action Recognition”.

Currently he is working as a research fellow at the Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC) at the University of Florence, under the supervision of Prof. Alberto Del Bimbo.

His main research interests are Computer Vision and Machine Learning, with specific focus on multimedia feature embedding, face recognition and continual learning.
